Like I said, I'm 14, and I'm extremely skinny, around 110 pounds. That doesn't sound so bad until you realize any of that weight is fat. I have little to no muscle. I'm not looking to get ripped, or anything that warrants a gym membership. I just want to be lean, and stronger. I don't care if my muscles show or not, I'm not trying to impress anyone, I just want to be stronger. I'm going out for wrestling next year, that's plenty of time. What are the most effect ways to trim stomach fat, to build muscle in arms and stomach, at home without equipment, of course I do do cardio, I run a mile every weekend. I usually have a coke or two every day, and I'm wondering how bad that is for stomach fat. Should I cut out all sodas, just drink diet, or just cut down on sodas. What are good exercises? I'm starting with 25 pushups, 25 crunches everyday. Is that effective? what other diet tips do you have?

get one
plus, im sure those wrestling coaches will get you in shape
Pushups are extremely helpful. Make sure you do them slowly and use correct form.
Pushups and pullups! (I'm personally not a fan of crunches) Lunges are really good too.
Just remember, it takes time. Take a picture of yourself, workout for 1 year, then compare. Once you start noticing changes, you will get bigger much faster. You will not notice any changes for a few months, but don't let that discourage you. It's slow in the begging, then you get big at a much faster pace (add weights later on)
Also, used weights are really cheap.
GOOD LUCK mate!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo
I think some gyms require you to be 16 or something for a membership. Maybe, I'm not sure. Would you be able to afford one?
If you can't, there is a lot can do at home. You can do push ups for your chest, crunches for your abs, dips for your triceps, and pull ups for your back and biceps. I don't think you should worry about legs because you really need to work them hard with weights, but I guess you can do squats and lunges.
If you think that you're at an age where you can use a gym I can give you a basic beginners routine with weights to use. :)

Also I think you should cut out the sodas if you're serious about losing fat. The sugar intake from those are very high. Sure it's alright to have once every now and then, but 2 a day is a bit much.
if you want to get stronger then you have no business trying to cut fat. esp if you weigh 110 lb and admitting that you're skinny as fuck. spot fat reduction is a myth btw you can't do that. i.e. you can't just get rid of fat in your stomach area.
your routine sucks and you should just get a gym membership
Pull up bars are great for building strength and muscle. But to be honest, a gym membership would probably be your best option
