Using the right click menu leaves shit on my screen

Basically, when I click something on the drop-down right click menu, no matter where I right clicked, whatever I clicked in the menu stays on my screen. See the "Get Info" thing here:

(That's from right clicking a song in iTunes if you're curious/if it matters)

It started happening a week or so ago. I figured it would stop happening, but it hasn't. Restarting the computer or using any full screen application fixes it, but the next time I use the right click menu it happens again. If something's already stuck on the screen and I use the right click menu again, it doesn't change. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I can put up my recent download history or anything if it's needed.

This has happened to me before, I have no idea how I fixed it though. Make sure you have the latest Windows updates, and try switching from the aero theme to the basic one
