Neither, after moving from Gigabyte and Asus boards that both failed I've had a long line of good boards from them. Good on them for giving users what they want.

ASRock used to have a pretty big fail rate. Newer boards seem fine. Personally I had one fail on me but my X79 Extreme6 is doing fine for over 4 years now.
