The story was first reported by People Magazine. Palin was first approached about the show in 2015 and would work with TV executive Larry Lyttle who found Judge Judy and Judge Joe Brown. "It's about different personalities and different styles," Bragman told CNN. "Same way late night talk shows are different as dictated by the hosts. Similar format -- different show."
The as-yet-untitled show would premiere as a nationwide syndicated daytime show in the fall of 2017.
Fucking what
Let's play the game of counting how many ethical breaches (if she was a real judge) she commits per episode.
This has to be from the onion right? an early april fools? but of course its not
You don't need a law degree nowadays to run a reality show courtroom. All you need is a loud and obnoxious voice to make your point.
Why can't she just fade into obscurity?
Well at least she aimed high originally.
Oh Jesus Christ.
I think I read an article in a magazine last month about how Judge Judy was basically a huge sham (even if you lost the case, you'd be given buttloads of cash just for being on the show) and the producers were all really racist (they changed the rulings and atmosphere in negative ways if the people involved were black and would consistently look for cases involving black people). I can't imagine having Sarah Palin on this program would be much worse.
1 season then someone sues Judge Judy has had her criticisms and attacks but she is still an actual judge, Sarah Palin is in no way qualified to be a mediator
Imagine going from a VP candidate to this
Holy shit, it's like the Waldo episode of Black Mirror where that one woman was only running(and was the front runner for the party) so she could get famous. I wouldn't be surprised if becoming governor was just a way to get into the spotlight and get some of that kardashian money

Though yes— Judge Judy would always ramble on irrelevantly about how welfare is destroying society while her black minorities present their cases to her. Hahahahah what the fucking shit?
I still don't understand how it ever came to be that somebody as relatively moderate and level-headed as McCain ended up choosing fucking Sarah Palin as his running mate. What a massive gaffe.

Who was she again?
A Trump-Palin ticket in 2016 is still possible.
potentially the best new show on television
Who was she again?
Canadian sleeper agent/closeted moose.
who
A soccer mom who thinks she knows what's best for the entire planet as read through her cliff notes version of the bible. (that is an actual thing and sadly not hyperbole)
"Court rules in favor of the hackey maam in the order of 22 moose antlers and a bowl of lutefist"

She earned an undergraduate degree in English and American Literature from Harvard University (1981) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (1984).
Damn Gina. [editline]23rd March 2016[/editline] I'd probably watch an episode of whatever Palin's show would be. Like how would anything be enforceable? Or would it be like those prank channels where everything is actually staged. [editline]23rd March 2016[/editline] Palin's Judgin' Time: Featuring the Alaskan bush people.

It takes massive willpower to overcome the instinct of self preservation like that.
y is everyone so negative when it comes to comedy gold? please let it happen and that the ethics masterticians only step in after several episodes have aired so we at least have some material to go by. I'd hate for this to be thrown out before it comes to fruition.
Who was she again?
A well known porn star best known for her starring role in naylin pailin v:v:v

Please don't tell me the ones that run in the US have actual people.
A well known porn star best known for her starring role in naylin pailin v:v:v
Honestly those were pretty hot. If Sarah wasn't such a crazy lady, i'd be down to nail her right in her pailin
Isnt she in 30 Rock as the main character?
Aren't these shows always completely fake anyway? Please don't tell me the ones that run in the US have actual people.
Yes the US have real cases: However, it also adds the requirement of being a real judge.
