DJ Software/Hardware and AMD Processors-What's the problem?

I got a Numark Mixtrack pro, and am using it with Serato DJ Intro on my AMD laptop. There is some pretty bad clipping at any volume. I've tried it with Virtual DJ and Traktor, and it works fine. I looked on Serato's website and they basically say if you have an AMD processor, sorry, our shit doesn't work. I'm not looking for a workaround, I'm fine using Traktor, I just want to know why this is. It seems a lot of controllers (everything from Reloop for instance) don't work well with AMD either.

AMD sucks, that's why.

Can't really say exactly what it is but probably just bad programming on their end and unwillingness to make up for it.

Also try disabling your wireless card in device manager. This was the source of my problem with recording on my laptop.
