Speech Starts at 2:45, Part about the organized push to take control of government is at 21:00. Literally, he is setting up an organized way to get people to run for office under his banner - all sorts of offices. This seems like an interesting way to go about it. In the below link it literally is a form and a box to check for "I want to run for office" which leads to other questions. Good to see that he's actually taking the "political revolution" beyond the election and trying to make change from the ground up.

That's pretty incredible. Goes to show Sanders has serious conviction and goals.
This plus news Debbie wasserman Schultz is no longer the DNC head, His talk with clinton went well.
This is certainly new to me.
See BernieBros, it's not over just because he lost the presidency. So hold your Clinton spite and don't go vote Trump because that will just make Bernie's other attempts at changing the government harder.

It's just as bad as people saying "Crooked Hillary" every single time you say her name or "Crazy Trump" every time you say his.
I wasn't going to post this immediately this was CNN, People expected her to last until the election, But... Brandon Davis to be the new DNC Basically she's Gone after the Democratic Convention. She has limited power right now. And a lot of us will partake in this thing.

I thought that's what they called themselves, sorry for the misunderstanding.
By Berniebros I mean the Bernie or Bust people that are going to vote for Trump because Bernie lost, not Bernie voters in general. [editline]16th June 2016[/editline] and look how effective that was really, not even a question about it, just the assumption that's what people want to be referred to. Fucking branding is way too effective at this kind of nonsense.
By Berniebros I mean the Bernie or Bust people that are going to vote for Trump because Bernie lost, not Bernie voters in general. First uses I ever saw were in late 2015 about people who talked about Sanders to the point of annoyance. First instance I ever found, and I'm pretty sure the origin, with no hint of sexist angles? [editline]16th June 2016[/editline]
The Berniebro is not every Bernie Sanders supporter. Sanders’s support skews young, but not particularly male. The Berniebro is male, though.
that is literally an entire article of talking down to "BernieBros".
I didn't say it wasn't a derogatory term, but I don't see any evidence in there that Clinton created it to represent people voting for Sanders because he's a man.

Nor that it's people voting for Sanders purely because he's a male. What you said was just outright false.

But I'm done arguing with you. It's sexist as evidenced in your own article, and you're going to just say I'm wrong flat out on that until the end of time. It's sexist. That quote is sexist. The piece is derogatory as fuck, and littered with bits of sexism and bullshit just like that.
It's a derogatory term created by the Clinton campaign to say the only reason men are voting for Bernie is because he's a man too. literally sexism in action.
Which has now been proven false.
You can try to deflect all you want, but you originally said. Which has now been proven false.
Yes and as much as you want to ignore it, I'm perfectly allowed to change my statements after I make them. I conceded it was not made by Clinton. You're standing strong on saying it's not sexist in anyway shape or form. So I'm done. Thank you for the enlightening conversation, you have shown me for sure that it wasn't made by Clinton, but that it was made in purely sexist tones regardless of your opinion on the issue.
Men, mostly my age, mostly of my background, mostly with my political beliefs, were hectoring their friends about how great Bernie was even when their friends wanted to do something else, like talk about the NBA.
Unless you think he's racist too for saying the messages he saw were also from white people.

It's impressive
Your pedantism is so fucking strong it's fucking mind blowing
It's not being pedantic, it's the entire core of the issue. He wrote about what he was seeing on his Facebook feed, which was white upper/middle class young white men, if it was lower class African Americans he would have said that instead. Nor is the article even about them being men aside from the single sentence you posted. The fact is it's not a sexist term, it's insulting die hard Sander's supporters, not men.

Cool It's sexist. The whole origin of "BernieBros" is derogatory and insulting and part of that is based upon sex of the person in question so it's fucking sexist.
The originator even says that it was misappropriated to mean:
Then other writers employed it to other ends. “Berniebro” came to imply that some men only supported Sanders because he was male.
But that wasn't the original intent. If you read his articles and zerod in on: "He must hate men" instead of "He doesn't like die hard Sander's supporters" then you clearly didn't read past the first sentence you quoted in the thread. It's insulting to Sander's supporters, not men.

You're performing the same argument as the children in middle school who say faggot isn't pejorative because it's "intended" to mean a pile of sticks. The term was coined by The Atlantic but it was popularized by the Clinton campaign and their supporters who have used it to demean male Sanders supporters under the assumption they're just voting for Sanders based on gender. Any source on the origin and meaning of the word confirms this, including the sources you've posted.
Cool propaganda, thanks for being part of the reason Sanders will lose! Did your Woman Card™ arrive in the mail yet? [editline]17th June 2016[/editline]
Do you actually believe any of what Bernie Sanders stands for and wants to change will happen under Trump, let alone have an easier time happening under Trump rather than Clinton? Because that's what you're essentially saying by insulting him like a conspirator for Clinton's campaign. lol "propaganda"
