• Should I get a new Mobo?

lol the word "mobo" gets me every time on topic, upgrading your motherboard doesn't typically result in a performance difference, it just lets you make other upgrades that otherwise wouldn't be compatible
Motherboard sucks anyway.
Do you have a budget for this "Mobo" upgrade? If its high enough we might be able to squeeze a better CPU or GPU out for you. Post your specs.

Post your specs.[/QUOTE] I have a AMD athlon 6400+ A 9600GT 3gb of ddr2 667mhz ram 650w PSU 500gb WD hardrive and a 200gbIDE Hardrive. I'm already getting a GTX 460, and If I do need to upgrade my mobo and CPU, I will get a 955 with an MSI 790XT-G45 mobo, and another 2gb stick of 800mhz ram, no point going to get a new DDR3 kit.
The CPU will probably bottleneck the GTX460, especially if you Overclock it.
