• Internet randomly just cuts off.

Lately, there have been times where I'll be browsing the web, and my internet will suddenly just... fail. The network icon in the start bar gives me a yellow triangle with an exclamation, claiming theres no connection. Then, I'll run troubleshoot, and get something about a DNS error. I'll power off and on my router, which works for a while. At some point later, however, the internet will fail again, and I'll have to repeat the process. Should I just call my ISP and see whats going down?
Mine does this often too, not sure why.
It's really getting to be a pain in the ass.
Make sure DHCP leases are for 24 hours + or just set a static IP on your computer and see if that stops it.
Call your ISP it's their DNS fucking up. Out of your control. If they do or say something you don't like remember to threaten to switch to a competitor.

This isn't necessarily a DNS issue, but if it is though, you can use a 3rd party DNS like Google's (8.8.8.8) or OpenDNS.
