The campaign is laughably short (about 5 hours if you're lucky), but the production values are stellar and the story is entertaining, if a bit nonsensical. The multiplayer is just about the same as any recent CoD game. Worth the $10, imo.

I kinda doubt it. Activision doesn't put the Call of Duty games on sale all that often to begin with, and "50% off" is usually as far as they go. Hell, seeing MW3 for 50% already is pretty much unprecedented for the CoD series.

That is actually a common problem with the pc version of MW2. Look in the Steam forums for MW2 and there will be a few threads on how to get it working.

Multiplayer is somewhat dead compared to MW1 even.
Getting it for the story is a better option.

Definitely worth a buy. Try to get a friend to buy it too though because that's where the real fun is.
