• PC Connected to a TV via HDMI cable - Picture not fitting the screen properly

So I just got a new TV to connect my PC to, but it's having an issue regarding the picture fitting the screen. That is, the edges of the picture extend past the screen's frame. Here are some pictures of what I mean: You can see the screen is cut off at the right here. This is seemingly the only problem from the desktop. The Bethesda logo is cut off, the menu options are too close to the edge, and the NVidia Shadowplay FPS marker is barely visible in the upper-right. It's a Sony Bravia. I didn't have this issue before with my Vizio TV, so what gives?
The Nvidia / AMD control panel usually has options to scale the image on TVs to make it fit properly.
