[Win7] What's the command line tool that marks or unmarks a file as a system file?

The Windows command prompt may not be good for much (vanilla anyway), but sometimes it actually is useful.
Anyway, there is a command line tool that comes with Windows 7 that can mark (or unmark) a file as an important system file. This let me rename some Folder.jpg files into something else. But now I can't remember for the life of me what it was, and I forgot to write it down.
Google tells me nothing, and I tried a bunch of different queries, so I turn to you for the answer. Thanks!
attrib is what you're looking for.
