Saints Row: The Third Initiation Station keeps crashing my entire computer

Hello
One night before going to bed,I was searching for compatable processors with my motherboard on the internet and decided to open my computer see where the processor on my motherboard was located. It was literally a mountain of dust in my computer and blew on it to make the dust go away and see the entire thing more clearly. Then I closed the thing up,turned the computer back on,browsed reddit for a while and then went to bed. NEXT DAY. I got home tired as all fuck and wanted to get ready for guitar practise. I turned my computer on and when it got past the "Welcome" screen it was just all black. I got the cursor, but no wallpaper, icons or taskbar.I thought I got somesort of ridiculous virus. I restarted, went into safe mode, ran msconfig.exe and unchecked some programs that I was suspicious about. Then searched for a solution on google and found that if I just open Task Manager, end explorer.exe and run it again everything will be normal. I did that and it worked. But since it was too late for guitar class already I wanted to screw around in Initiation Station, but it crashed the computer. I thought "What the hell",restarted, ran it again, same thing. I loaded up Arma 2: Free and that was normal,Counter Strike Source was normal.
Here are my specs:
