• Windows Explorer does not automatically refresh

Whenever I delete or move a file, I have to manually refresh Windows Explorer to see the new changes. It used to only happen in the Downloads folder, but now it's happening everywhere, even on the desktop. It's really annoying. How do I fix it?
I'm gussing a windows service isn't starting correctly. press windowskey+r and look around for a service that would update the filesystem.

If you manually navigate to a folder, or use "Open folder location" (I use a localized Windows so I don't know the exact translation), it should work like normal. This happens for me on every Windows 7 installation on multiple machines. I haven't found any fix or workaround for that, though (other than to just press F5 manually), but it might be related.

Some of them have the status "stopped", though.
What am I supposed to run?
I don't know, that's what Windows+R does. :v:
oh how embarrassing, i was distracted and left out the vital peice of info. press start->run, then type services.msc (And check for stopped windows services) I was guessing windows has a service that manages filesystem changes, i doubt you'll find a service for it though.
