If you wear the Casio F-91W watch, a cheap, widely available Casio watch, the US Government thinks you might be a terrorist.
Seriously! It's been known for quite a while now, but according to US intelligence, wearing the Casio F-91W is a potential sign of someone being a terrorist. There's a whole list of Guantanomo Bay detainees who wore the watch, an old Washington Post article that said terrorists can use the watch to create time bombs and leaked Wikileaks documents linking the watch to al-Qaeda:
The possession of a Casio F-91W model watch and the silver-color version of this model, the A159W, is an indicator of al-Qaeda training in the manufacture of IEDs. The Casio was known to be given to the students at al-Qaeda bomb-making training courses in Afghanistan, at which the students received instruction in the preparation of timing devices using the watch.
'm typically not one to judge our military strategy or intelligence's intelligence but the F-91W is an incredibly common watch that many people have worn over the years. It's like saying drinking Coke, wearing Nikes or sniffling into Kleenexes is a sign of being a terrorist. Come on. We have to have better identifiers and reasons than a freaking 10 dollar watch.

And just what makes this particular watch so special when compared to pretty much any other one?
I mean, how much do those things cost? Maybe they're so popular because they're cheap?

Hahah, oh wow.
casio: its the bomb
literally
Well, a large portion of detainees were wearing the watch at time of capture, so it's just profiling.
The AQ-163 is better, though.
I used to wear a Casio F-91W throughout primary school, best watch ever.
what if.. i wear two of them?!
Lol not surprised, they said a year or so ago that anyone who was a Libertarian as being possibly a "home grown terrorist" which they quickly recanted.

Then you'd be a double terrorist. Sort of like a double agent, but instead a terrorists.

No, because terrorist bombers are stupid and unable to adapt the principles of using the casio as a detonator to other watches.
Good thing they are stupid!
I've no idea what someone with impressive qualifications could do if they had the intent.

Be cool bro no ones gotta die here today.
For some reason I knew it was going to be that exact same watch model before entering this thread
Good, then I'll know what not to wear beside a turban when I travel to the States next time.
The BBC have an article about this watch now

Its obvious Casio are funding terrorists!
Hmm, lets see if my weird middle eastern looks can "help" out in a plane together with that watch...
This is racist. US thinks that all terrorists are poor and dirty.
And I thought this happens only in cartoons and comedies.
Real life why you are so hilarious?
Oh better cuff me then, ill come quietly.
