Hey guys. Lemme fill you in.
I'm currently saving up money to buy a Lexmoto XTRS 125 which is about £1200 new from a dealer. It's what I intend to buy after completing my CBT when I turn 17. Fortunately, my family are chipping in to pay for half of the price of the motorcycle itself. However, it's a Chinese clone of the Honda CBR 125 and most of the reviews I can find aren't really helpful and I've got hardly any knowledge on automotive engineering. I wanna make sure that I definitely want to buy this bike. I wanna make it last. So, I'd like to ask Facepunch what they think and if you feel like it, suggest something else. Link below to the Lexmoto website
Cheers

you can probably get an aprilia rs125 for £1300 if you're lucky and that'll be a hell of a lot more fun than a chinese 4 stroke
Yeah don't get suckered in to the cheap price, they're cheap for a reason.

Wouldn't recommend an rs125 unless you're mechanically inclined, or have deep pockets.
If you're dead set on a bike with fairings then an oldish Honda CBR 125. Otherwise a CG125, which you can get for under a grand in good condition, and it won't ever break down on you.
Or be an idiot and do what most people in their late teens are doing and get a YZF r125 on finance (pls no)
Buy this 125 instead.
