yeah so we all know this genre is getting popular now. so i'm making this thread to find out about all the games without doing any research myself. so far i've heard of DayZ, Infestation: Survivor Series (aka The WarZ), 7 Days to Die (is this even multiplayer?), Nether (not sure if this one is zombies), The Dead Dinger. I've also heard about this upcoming DINOSAUR survival game called, The Stomping Land, you can build teepees and ride dinosaurs (not sexually). and of course we've all heard of that shitty game, Rust.

the only game i've played is the WarZ and i think it's ok. so you guys what are your opinions on these games if you have played them, also are there any other games that I haven't heard of? all them to the list. thanks.
Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead.
it's a Roguelike, so it can be off-putting for some, but as far as I'm concerned even in its present state it's the best of it's kind already. And development is still ongoing.

Could Lone Survivor be considered one?
It has monsters that act like zombies, and has some really neat survival stuff thrown into the mix, but it's like a Silent Hill game more than anything else.
There's also State of Decay, but that's not multiplayer and not really for everyone.

There's a pretty sweet series of flash games called [URL="http://tlaststand.wikia.com/wiki/The_Last_Stand_(series)"]The Last Stand[/URL], the first two are essentially just defence games but the third is a side scrolling action-rpg complete with hardcore mode, and the fourth is a strategy/base building game.
There's also How to Survive, Zafehouse: Diaries and Project Zomboid.
