Now that I look at it the comsmo s is quieter but the original cosmo is nicer with the hard drive racks and such.

Get the HAF 932. Will fit anything in it, its quiet and has amazing air flow. And you cant exactly call it ugly :v:

ATCS. So many people already have 1200s and HAF932s. It has a more elegant look to it which will compliment your 5970s quite well.
