I lost my steam account, and sent my username, CD key picture, CD key, and email, and all that jazz, but i'm wondering, how long does it take for them to reply?
Took them about a week for me. They falsely disabled my account or something, but I got it back after I sent a request

Last time I did it it took like 1-2 days for a reply to recover 2 accounts... LOL

It took them less than 5 hours to get mine back.
Also another thing, I got an email say

Do I have to reply?
Takes a LOOONG time(for me). I've been struckt by the same hacker 5 times,all my accounts had a worth of ca 250$ each (=1250$). By the time i got my account back, it was vac'd :/ Now I have an 12 digit password generated by Kaspersky PURE. Good luck ;)
