I twist my leg after falling over. I find somewhere to sit down and a lady walks by. I say "Hay lady, I need a yank." She calls me a pervert and stomps off. I say to the people near by "Ha-ha! Dislocation!" and they chuckle because they get the joke, you probably didn't.
Got the joke, it wasn't that funny.
It does not specifically have to be funny, you just need to pick up what I did. (So far, I am a pervert in the story)

I have done this test on Facebook (Obviously everyone won't pick it up, they are stupid) and 1 other Forum, and I guess they are stupid too.
It's not that hard to pick up on, I didn't actually realize you said "yank" until I re-read it.
