Some dick broke into my wifi. How can I get revenge?

Okay guys, today I was checking some things on my router(I was going to change the password, because mine is really bad.), and I noticed some unusual activity. Upon further investigation I discovered that some bum is stealing my wifi. He thinks he is all sneaky and secretive because he is behind a VPN, but I can see through all his shit. All he really has done is download a Linux iso, but it is my internet and I pay for it. How can I get him back for this?
P.S. Do any of you guys know what "http://www.bad-dragon.com/" is?
