I don't know what the class is specifically or what type of school you're in so I don't how close this can relate, but I've always had the impression that getting outside help on projects is generally shunned upon. This is especially true if the project is meant to be only produced and worked on by yourself as in a demonstration of your abilities. While it is generally useful to look for shortcuts and help from outside sources to help on projects real world, this seems like a school project that you alone should be working on. I've heard of many artists turning down commissions once they learned it was for a student to pass as his own for a school project. Furthermore, telling prospective people that could help you to help to "please hurry!" on something that you alone have a deadline on is a little disrespectful and not helping you in anyway.
The subject is English, and I just wanted to have a professional looking news introduction to make it look good. I don't see how it'd affect my grades in any way, but I want it to look good. I won't use the introduction as my whole project, the intro could be like 10 seconds. Now bare in mind that the presentation goes on for 10 or so minutes, I won't be trying to pass the intro as my own project. My project would be me talking and a video of me interviewing someone, not an intro. I didn't really know how to ask someone to hurry, so I came out with it - It didn't mean to come across as being rude :/ [editline]17th October 2014[/editline]
Well then, that seems a bit better. I was getting the impression this was for some technical school video editing class or something. If it's just for some extra flash I'm sure someone on here could create something but don't feel bad about using stock news intro footage if it's just for extra flash.
I can tell you with some certainty that the person grading your work won't give two shits about the intro to the video - they'll be grading it based on what you say, and how you present the story. Save yourself a bit of bother and concentrate on the actual content of the project. Although you could appeal to the teacher's sense of humour and use the intro for The Day Today. The teacher will probably remember it.
