So yeah, I just got home from work, turn on computer, nothing shows. I have done no recent software or hardware installations. Is it just me, or do I not have a jumper on my motherboard? [img]https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/s720x720/315024_10150293977996673_642846672_8208121_580628053_n.jpg[/img]
Keep looking, it's in there somewhere. [editline]asdf[/editline] Here's a manual page for your motherboard, it should help. [img]http://www.1337upload.net/files/asdff.png[/img] You can also unplug your computer and remove the circle battery in the motherboard for about 10 minutes and try to turn it on again.
Went to my motherboards manual to find it, and it is exactly where I took a picture of. There is no jumper. Wat. [editline]13th September 2011[/editline] and thats the exact page i was reading [editline]13th September 2011[/editline] I am also realizing that none of my keyboards work. I am trying to boot per ram stick now. [editline]13th September 2011[/editline] no luck [editline]13th September 2011[/editline] I was thinking it was a video problem at first, as my display is not detecting any input. [editline]13th September 2011[/editline] So I instead put the opposite stick of RAM that I had into B2 instead of A2, and it booted up. Doesn't the MemOK! search for any problems within the DIMMS? I'm successfully in Windows, and going to see if the other stick will work. [editline]13th September 2011[/editline] It's apparently 1/1/2005, whoops forgot to reset my bios. I got both sticks working, thank you very much.
