• You Can Now Turn off Your Sperm Flow with the Flip of a Switch
Men who aren't interested in having children could soon be shooting blanks, no vasectomy required. German inventor Clemens Bimek recently introduced Bimek SLV, a small contraceptive device that stops the flow of sperm through the vas deferens with the literal flip of a mechanical switch, rendering its user temporarily sterile. Toggled through the skin of the scrotum, the device stays closed for three months to prevent accidental switching in the event that things get especially hot and heavy:
http://www.discovery.com/dscovrd/tech/you-can-now-turn-off-your-sperm-flow-with-the-flip-of-a-switch/
Nope! Vasagell is as invasive as I'm comfortable with
Three months? It's that a bit... excessive?
Three months? It's that a bit... excessive?
Alright honey after I have my shower we're gonna make a baby. GOD FUCKING DAMN IT I HIT THE BUTTON BY MISTAKE! Well guess we have wait three more months. The answer is yes that is very excessive.
I can't watch the video but uh, where exactly does the sperm go?
Three months? It's that a bit... excessive?
I don't think anyone should be in any rush to have children
Dope, the kind of stuff we really need. but i expect this to get heavy resistance because no pharmaceutical manufacturers want to let go of the gravy train of the traditional female birth control market
Alright honey after I have my shower we're gonna make a baby.
I can't watch the video but uh, where exactly does the sperm go?
Nowhere hopefully.

They've been trying to build a male pill for literally 50 years because they currently only serve 1/2 of the population, plus a pill is the way to go, interruption devices are invasive, require medical procedures and are rather difficult to "install" for men seeing as how things aren't exactly open or particularly large where sperm are made The male pill is the thing
I can't watch the video but uh, where exactly does the sperm go?
It doesn't, it gets absorbed by the body eventually.

In the interest of learning, can you show me more examples of your point?
I'd risk having a scrote switch installed. Maybe once the sterility drops down from 3 months to something more reasonable like 7 days. Also:
I'm just waiting for someone's balls exploding during ejaculation. The inventor is ignorant or what?

I'm just waiting for someone's balls exploding during ejaculation. The inventor is ignorant or what?

Vasectomy does the same except permanently. The poster is ignorant in this case.
Combine this with that boner pumping device. My dick is augmented.
I was pretty excited about it until I realized they need to surgically implant it into you No thanks

You know I have to wonder about the pressure build up when the switch is closed. I mean I don't think it could be damaging, but it seems like an obvious possible issue.
Nope! Vasagell is as invasive as I'm comfortable with
yeah idk man even that they have to put a fucking needle in your balls maybe im just needle-phobic but i dont even like them in the normal places much less my balls [editline]9th January 2016[/editline] why make it a mechanical switch is what i would want to ask this dude... why not some bluetooth app to connect to your phone hahahaha
I'll take all of them (please don't let me reproduce)
yeah idk man even that they have to put a fucking needle in your balls maybe im just needle-phobic but i dont even like them in the normal places much less my balls
You say balls but it doesn't get injected into the nut itself.
why make it a mechanical switch is what i would want to ask this dude... why not some bluetooth app to connect to your phone hahahaha
Because even a small reliable switch trough which not even a single cell can pass is hard enough. Where would you even place the transceiver, the battery, the microcontroller and the actuator? Not to mention recharging issues.
I can't watch the video but uh, where exactly does the sperm go?
They go on a road trip
i'm not about to entrust my sperm shooter to something as insecure as a bluetooth phone app
Imagine that getting hacked.
Imagine that getting hacked.
please don't give deviantart ideas
The title makes this sounds like it was a HumanOS software update or something.

Needles in the vas deferens is nothing.
You still have to wank like 40 times before being guaranteed not to make a junior
I'd consider this once they make it not the size of a fucking gummy bear
Erm, you can do this without surgery... just press down on that place below your balls before cumming... It kinda stings at first but it works perfectly, nothing comes out. Might be hard to do in actual sex but it's a bit strange to get surgery for this, especially for something so trivial.
