Right, after a long debate with a couple colleagues, we have reached a stale mate. What is the proper way of eating your Pancakes and/or Waffles?
These people argue that Pancakes and Waffles do not go together with butter, which clearly, they do. Specifically, whipped butter.
One of my colleagues even argues that, neither are good, and you should lightly sprinkle sugar on them instead.
So Facepunch, what's your opinion on this critical topic?

If I'm at IHOP or something, I'll do both syrup and butter, but if it's anywhere else I usually just put some syrup on them.
I eat them with ketchup, but I picked the first option because I don't want to be an outsider.

Eating them guarantees me an early death, but they're so fucking delicious.

I love the saltiness that the butter brings to the sweetness of the syrup.
I have them with butter mostly, although occasionally I do use a little syrup.

I don't care for waffles but pancakes are godly, and I only eat them with syrup, unless there's butter right next to me then I'll put some of that on too.

If God were to produce one food product, it would be nutella. It fits with everything (waffles, pancakes, crackers, bread, etc) and is fucking delicious.
