In the UK pedophilia is if a child is under the age of 16, and the boyfriend is more than 3 years older. ( technically, a 15 year old, and an 18 year old can date without a problem (So long as it's nothing sexual).

This is not a big deal. A few of the girls I knew at that age were dating older guys.

I don't know about where the OP lives but regardless of wether she consents or not, every time they have sex (if they do) it legally counts as rape. So do something tbh.

First perhaps get to know them, I mean, they could be nice people for all we know instead of some creepy ass guy and a dumb girl. It's pretty common for girls to date older guys, and although 23 may seem a lot compared to 15, girls develop earlier so it's not that big of a deal.
