• No servers appear in any multiplayer game

I have a fully clean install of Windows 7, literally installed last week. Before reinstalling, things were working fine. Now, in all of the multiplayer games I've played no servers are showing up in the server browser. Joining servers works just fine, I just can't view any servers. It works in the Steam server browser outside of a game, though. Kind of a perplexing issue, because all of the Googling in the work brought me to scattered fixes for specific games. Tried with firewall both off and on, virus scan (MSE) both before and after install, fresh installs of all of my games (had to redownload them). Windows 7 x64 SP1, if that helps at all. List of games that don't work: Monday Night Combat Killing Floor List of Games that work Doom 3
Narrowed it down: Seems that it's only Unreal Engine games that don't show servers. Doom 3 and Team Fortress 2 both work, MNC and Killing Floor don't.
Disable anti-viruses and firewalls, then paste us all the text that is located in this file:
%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Virus Scan and Firewall are both off, Hosts file is as follows:
# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp. # # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows. # # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name. # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one # space. # # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol. # # For example: # # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host # localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself. # 127.0.0.1 localhost # ::1 localhost
There's nothing in it.
