Do people still play Call of Duty 4 for the PC?

I have black ops, and I still play it. It's fun, and it feels like it has a lot less laggy and like it requires more skill to play.

I don't have the cash for black ops though.

Plus my computer only has like 4 RAM and a shitty integrated thing in which I can't upgrade.
