I'm upgrading to a New Dell computer 900Series (don't know exact model) that has a Core 2 Quad. I currently have a Dell Optiplex GX620-Pentium D @ 3.4 Ghz,9400GT 1GB. I'm going to move the graphics card over to the new machine tomorrow when i get it, but how much performance will i gain? (I know for a fact it will be a shitload, and yes, i know my GPU will bottleneck it in games.
don't buy a dell, build the computer yourself
don't buy a dell, build the computer yourself
I think it's too late Oh well too bad for him though :v:
OP if you have not gotten the computer yet don't get it. Build your own.
If you want an upgrade, dont use your old GPU, or dont buy a prebuilt either for that part
A 9400GT performs better than integrated graphics. But any 'decent' graphics card will be far superior to a 9400GT.
Oh god not a dell. Say goodbye to future upgrades
