Unless the drugs were making him say and do particularly dumb shit in terms of policy decisions and counter-rhetoric against critics in Council and the media, I don't think he should keep running.

I feel a lot of empathy for Rob Ford the person, but I can't help but laugh at Mayor Bumblefuck.
