OK so about 2 or 3 months ago my computer died due to the motherboard so it had to get replaced and when i got it back today they left out a Giga-Byte of RAM and my Graphics Card and now I'm stuck with an On-Board one. Story short, what is a VIA/SG3 UniChrome Pro IGP and how to do i Update it so i can use my 1440x900 resolution?
What the fuck... They stole your stuff?
It is always a good idea to take out the parts before sending in your mobo, sue the bastards.
who the hell did you send it to?

Right, if it wasn't for my internet being a tit i could have told you all before, I'm getting my GFX card back on Wednesday. But for now I'm stuck with this piece of shit on board crap.
So wait the two days. Also, drivers are often rather OS-specific (or at least the OEMs like to think so), so it would help if we knew what OS you were using. Alternatively, you could go here and find it yourself. You need the model number/card series to find the correct one. If you can't find it in windows, download GPU-Z from here.
