• New Monitor - Screen surrounded by black bars

I don't remember, it's very hazy but, on the computer I had when I was like 10, I think I was able to make the screen smaller and mess with the offset and stuff. Mess with the menu on the monitor, see if there's a option to expand the screen. That's all I can offer.
Monitor settings. (Not software monitor settings)
I've already said that I've tried that and the Monitor settings are greyed out. And I just recently tried the software from the disc. All that stuff is greyed out too. [img]http://imgkk.com/i/qIX85W.png[/img]
