you do get stacks with kills/assists though

Only FF damage/heal stacks. Evolving Lantern is now 30 large monster kills (+5 from 25)

Ok great now people will waste time farming jungle for another 5 stacks without any incentive to gank earlier with just Lantern

Feral Flare is seriously the dumbest item in the game.
An Udyr with the item can just 1v3 your team and run away so fast before anyone can get there.
It turns any champion into an infinitely scaling champ and tbh, needs to be nerfed more than this.
