Will a 5770 or a 450 work with a 500w Corsair PSU? Dont know which to get yet though.

9800GT to a 5770 isn't tht much of an upgrade.. Consider saving up some money, and then buy something like a 6870 or even a 6950. Or the Nvidia equilant, if it's cheaper/better.

Don't stay with one brand just because you allways have, but in this case a GTX 460 is ideal. The only thing you need is Windows 7.

Scan doesn't ship to Northern Ireland, i can get a Msi Cyclone OC for an extra 5 pounds anyway, i like cyclones.
5770 would also be a good upgrade from 9800 GT.

Almost 20 FPS increase. That's a lot when you only have 30 to start with.

GTX 460. Beats both the Radeon 5770 and the 450 by a clear margin. It is also better than the Radeon HD 5850 in many different tests. It is probably the most ideal mid range card on the market.
