The Beastie Boys are the first jewish people to rap as back then there was a ban on allowing jews to rap, but with some loopholes and good lawyers they were allowed to rap. They first started out of a hardcore punk band because of the ban. Anyway Their first album, Licensed To Ill, came out in 86. It was loud, dumb, obnoxious, and hilarious. The whole album was meant to be a big joke. A satire on those frat-boy type guys who only seem to care about sex. Ironically their first hit, Fight For Your Right To Party, was loved by the same people it was making fun of. On their sophomore album Paul's Boutique they dropped all that frat-boy silliness and got more samples which made it a very sample-heavy album which was very innovative at the time. They started making their own music on their third album, Check Your Head, and they do still play their own instruments save for a few sampling here and there. Anyway here's music.
