What would be the best way to go about setting up 4 TVs and a projector to play movies...

Basically, I need the best way to set up 4 TVs in separate rooms, and a HD Projector (ceiling mounted) home theater, to be able to watch movies, I think the best way to do this would be a central file server but I'm not sure. This is all for a house... I'm not exactly sure what other details you guys need, as I've never done something like this before. The current plan is to have four small Dell PCs for each TV to be networked together, and I'm not exactly sure what the plan is for the home theater. I'm not really sure what the best way to do this is though. Please do help.
You could use something like Windows Home Server as a central storage server to hold movies and files. Your dell pcs could then be connected to the TV and play directly off the home server.
Pretty simple to set up.
One of your machines could run FreeNAS (you need to be a little skilled with *nix, http://freenas.org) or WindowsHomeServer (£60, MS) to serve files to other machines running XMBC (http://xbmc.org). Good luck!
