I'm guessing not, but I have a faint glimmer of hope. Is the GT 220 (specifically this one) laptop sized, and if so, how good is it?
It's extremely rare for a laptop to have a replaceable graphics card.
nope also that's horribly overpriced, there are far better options out there
Say that, for one moment, my computer has an interchangeable card. What would be a good choice?
depends on the rest of the system
Medicore but not bad (2.98 GHzish processor, 3.5 gb ram, 120 gb hd). Is that enough?
That's definetly worth adding to if it's possible. Get a few more years out of it.

There are desktop cards and there are laptop cards. That's a desktop card.

it's not
What processor?
Err, the Celeron 900. Shitty but I was told they can't be updated.
The only things you can upgrade in a laptop are the RAM and the hard drive. And even if you could, a Celeron 900 would bottleneck any modern graphics card.
