WoW is not dying, it's just the old fags quitting for stupid reason, "how could Blizzard break my dear game"
Saw World of War, thought there was something to do with CoD:WoW :(
WoW is not dying.
2 million lost subscribers say otherwise.
I quit WoW two years back because I realized the monumental waste of time and money it was based on the amount of enjoyment I was getting out of the game (none).
2 million lost subscribers say otherwise.
This always happens at the end of the expansion. Most people have completed the PvE content. The subscribers will go back up when the new expansion is released.
2 million lost subscribers say otherwise.
And 10 million subscribers say it's not dying.
Dying makes it sound like it's going to be about empty
I don't see that happening anytime soon even if it loses its throne as top dog
I have tried to play WoW I think 3 times now. I renew my account. Level up like crazy. Reach a decent level then find myself saying "What's the fucking point?". It's like hitting a wall and out of nowhere I couldn't give a shit about the game. Probably won't go back again.
Plus my the guy I used to play with (my old best mate) decided to bang my ex then start dating her and told me I was a fuckhead for not being okay with it. Fuck WoW.

This. Is it dying? I doubt it. But I don't want to play 85 levels until we get to the "new breath of life" of this expansion.
2 million lost subscribers say otherwise.
800k were Chinese subscribers who aren't even playing the same version as NA/EU.
Coupled with the normal subscriber loss that comes with an expansion cycling down, "dying" is less fitting then "slumping".
It's like saying a sprinter fell behind a few meters from his normal time, so obviously he is going into cardiac arrest.
It's so old and overplayed. It's like squeezing a dry sponge. You can't get any more out of it.

Except for you know.
tens of millions of dollars in monthly subscriptions and store purchases.
The hate WoW gets is really not fair, it's probably the best mmo of its kind.
I want a Dragon race in a future expansion.
There was ONE MMO where Dragons were a race, and you started out a young one that couldn't fly, and as you leveled, you could learn to fly, gallop, and transform into a "human" to fit into small areas or to commerce with the normal folk.
Dragons don't get much love, just another thing to kill most of the time. But BEING one would rock.
yeah thats cool and all but,
BLIZZARD MAKE WARCRAFT 4 ALREADY
yeah thats cool and all but,

and instead they make World of StarCraft
[sp]yes I know someone was making an equivalent in SC2, but seriously[/sp]
I'm just waiting for Blizzard to reach the point where they officially go F2P with purchasable DLC.

It's World at War.

holy shit what is this
I miss the old WoW, the good times
Blizzard COO Paul Sams told CVG that "the lore creators" already have a framework for expansion five and that Chris Metzen, the company's head of creative development, has even pitched a plan for number six.
Let me guess, Bobby Kotick told them to milk more money from the customers because of the loss of subscriptions?
WoW?
dying?
ha ha puh-leeeeez
2 million lost subscribers say otherwise.
2 million Lost - 10.2 million Active, bitch please, there is no mmorpg that can keep up players, not until I don't know Guild Wars 2 maybe. They will comeback to WoW.
I bet they made the expansion panda related to gain back the chinese subscribers.
Vanilla and burning crusade.
fuck the rest
I wonder when this particular cow is going to die from over-milking.
I bet they made the expansion panda related to gain back the chinese subscribers.
They actually didn't want to add pandas until now, to not offend Chinese players.
Does this actually come as a surprise to anybody?

wrath was alright at the start.
