well fuck, seems like i need a company & project to get one i've given up on oculus already, they've delayed it far too much
Agreed , i was really excited up until i saw that you needed to be a a company
to be fair they're giving them away for free so it totally makes sense for them to want to send them to people who are actually developing and not just trying to get it early

A part of me thinks that move was done in response to VR hentai, which is not something that Facebook wants to be associated with. At the same time, Facebook should realize that it wouldn't make up the majority of Oculus users.

The actual Rift is still a dedicated VR headset.
