If you haven't yet played this, and you enjoy LOMAC/DCS: A-10, this is a steal.
Double worth it if you have track IR. But if you have that chances are you already have BlackShark

I had the hardest time controlling this thing when I played it, and that was with my joystick.

I have Track IR and don't have Black Shark.

You can't really appreciate this game unless you have played it to be honest.
Picked it up at EBgames for 5 dollars and holy shit I was very impressed with the realism and authenticity of the KA-50
