Help lockup a murderer. Would FP be so kind as to help?

Hey FP, my father is a detective with my local police department. He is working on getting a murderer behind bars, but he needs help. He doesn't have enough evidence to get a search warrant, but he said if I could find the home addresses -- or better yet the names -- of the people who have these phone numbers: 562-533-9439, 213-595-1041, and 1137208-664-133-4000 (Internatinal, from Tijuana Mexico), he can get the evidence to lock up the murderer.
I have done as much as I can, but I can only get the general area of where these numbers are located, but if someone perhaps knew how to get a specific address, many people would be at rest to see this murderer finally locked up.

The numbers are all fake. The real killer is located somewhere in Ukraine and goes only by the name "the Snake". Good luck.
I'm pretty sure no one knows how to do this.

It's honestly sad the first thing you think of when you read this thread is how you think I or JDK would give a god damn about the use of the word lock up. fuck sakes.
Just go to the scene of the crime and look at everything until you hear the music stop, then get your dad to drive to the next destination.

I'm not in here to say jack shit about rehab or prison, frankly, I don't fucking care. I saw the thread and was curious to how someone could help lockup a criminal online. As to his post, his post was the first thing along any of those lines. He clearly thought of me when he read the title and decided to post. Do you think for a second I was thinking of him when I came into this topic? Not really.
