I've been just tasked with building a computer for general use, such as internet browsing, word formatting, and yeah, that's basically it
Budget, as you can see, is a maximum of $350, would like it to be lower than that though. I need all the components that go into a tower, no OS/peripherals though. Native resolution is 1280x1024, live in the States, so Newegg is preferred.
Here's what I have so far, take off another $20 with promo codes, but with shipping comes to ~$310. What I need help on, is finding a better deal for the money, as I've completely lost track of new pricing/releases, and I basically compiled this cart from ~2 month old knowledge

I've thought about the PSU, personally, I think it'll be fine for what it'll be doing, but I'm always open to suggestions
Also, don't worry about upgradability, as this computer will never be upgraded
4GB of RAM? For general use? You won't need more than 2GB.
Also, I don't know much about AMD CPU's (Intel fanboy), but that CPU seems excessive for what you need.
2GB of ram, a cheap GPU ( doubt the mobo has interfrated graphics) and a dual core CPU should be enough for watching movies, surfing the web, etc.
Ok then
I can switch the mobo/cpu out for this, but I'm a bit hesitant on the memory, as 2GB sticks are pretty much dirt cheap nowadays, but I can change that
The FM1 processors do have integrated graphics, and they're actually pretty decent, from what I've heard

$280 now, $270 with 2GB RAM
Stick with FM1

push in like a 5770 and it will run a whole load of games quite well too.
