School starts at 8AM and I thought I could use some sleep at around 9PM. Didn't work. I tried to fall asleep on many methods, such as focusing on one thing, tiring myself with phys. exercises and even sleeping pills, though they did make my legs heavy. Well I'm sitting here, trying to reset my sleep pattern by staying all night and then all day. This one will be adventurous.

Also if anyone's playing Team Fortress, you can add me in Steam. My profile is under my avatar.

No, I fell asleep in mid-day.
Hi guys. I've been having sleeping problems for weeks now and I need help. I'm tired all the time and I've fallen asleep in class multiple times. Somebody please help me. :smith:
Try to sleep on daylight, when sunlight is flashing directly to your eyes. Makes you sleepy.
