Not gonna go into too much detail about this, I purchased it online and basically whoever PM's me gets it. Make sure to post in this thread too, once you've taken a look at it, also note if it will help you or not.. It basically has a ton of meal plans for people wanting to put on weight, goes from like 2000 Calories a day to 6000 Calories a day and tells you exactly what to eat. Also gives you a bunch of workout programs etc etc..
