Recently, whenever I've opened a new tab (Google Chrome) and then went back to my previous tab I get this:

Anyone know what is causing this? Or how to fix it? [B]Any[/B] help would be appreciated.

No, only Chrome.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that this doesn't happen every time. Only every now and again.
Update video drivers, or reinstall them
Doing it now. I'll post again if the problem continues.
That looks like the test pattern from AMD's test to see if an overclock of the GPU is stable or not. Has your card been tampered with recently?
I recently updated my video drivers, but I have an intel video card.
Hm that could be part of the problem. In Chrome, type "about:flags" without quotation marks into the address bar and click ok if it warns you not to enter. Disable any features to do with hardware or gpu acceleration
Try the above suggestions, if all else fails reinstall chrome.
