• Nexus 5 screen problem

I bought my Nexus 5 about 8 months ago and recently I've had this problem where my screen wont turn on but the phone itself is still working like it should. I can use the touch to navigate and i can receive calls and texts, but the screen is just black. I keep pressing the on button on the side until it lights up and i can use the phone properly. Now i can't even turn it on anymore, phone is still working and all. It's just the screen. 3 weeks ago i sent it back for repairs using my warranty, i described the problem to them and i sent it. When i got it back and read the letter they wrote, it said the problem could not be detected and the screen is working as intended and for our "Goodwill" we will send you the phone back for free. I'm really pissed off about them telling me the phone is working fine when it's clearly not working. Sorry for the terrible English.
Where did you send the phone exactly?
Where did you send the phone exactly?
I bought the phone from CDON and i contacted them about the phone and they told me to send it to DeltaService which is CDON's partner when it comes to hardware problems i guess.
Faulty lcd, overheating gpu
