The details are unclear, but according to Pakistan's official investigation obtained by Al Jazeera, bin Laden, his family and his two couriers along with their families would make occasional trips to the bazaar when they lived in Pakistan's Swat Valley during 2002 and 2003. Maryam, the wife of Ibrahim al-Kuwaiti, a trusted Bin Laden guard, in her testimony to the investigation said they were pulled over by a policeman on one occasion.
http://www.news.com.au/world-news/osama-bin-laden-was-pulled-over-for-speeding-wore-cowboy-hat-as-leaked-report-slams-pakistani-incompetence/story-fndir2ev-1226676262261
The report also says bin Laden often wore an American cowboy hat, which he believed helped him avoid being spotted by US drones overhead. The Commission set out to examine how bin Laden went undetected in Pakistan for years, and how the US was able to undertake a three-hour mission to kill him without being detected by the Pakistani military. The scathing report concluded that the military's "gross incompetence" and "collective failures" allowed bin Laden to live undisturbed in the country, and for the US to easily enter Pakistani airspace.
"You know, I puled over a car today, and one of the passengers looked JUST LIKE Osama Bin Laden!" "That's nice, dear. Here. Eat your Nihari."
I remember one of my paki friends telling me that when he was in Pakistan he swore that he ran into bin Laden. I didn't believe him at first (he told me this back in 2007 i think) since he liked fucking with me but now it seems pretty plausible
Because everyone wears a cowboy hat in Pakistan...
I was about to point out that anyone watching the feed from a drone seeing that would have the red lights flashing. It probably conceals his face better from above but man would you stick out in Pakistan like a motherfucker
