Just ordered an XFX 5850, but now I'm looking and it seems as if it's only in the US. I still have time to cancel and switch to the Asus one, which has 3 years, but I'd like to double check.

Also, are Sapphire cards worth buying or are they more likely to die? (ffff Cheeslick!)
hmm interested in this too. gotta buy 5870, what brand should i choose: asus, gigabyte, xfx, his or msi (no sapphire in my store)?
I've gone ahead and cancelled the order, checked the XFX site and the warranty is only 1 year in Europe. Asus have the longest warranty at 3 years, and only £201 on dabs.com.
That and I trust them more than Sapphire.
maybe i should pick asus card too. also DIRT 2.
I've had a few Sapphire cards and have never had problems with them, the same with XFX, they also make good stuff. The only problem with XFX is that they're expensive because they think overclocking the card 15 MHz makes it worth $75 more.
I currently have a Gigabyte HD5870 and it's been running like a champ for over a month now.
This is weird, doesn't XFX market themselves as the euro-focused manufactuerer?

I agree. Here in Singapore, XFXs cards are fucking overpriced.
It's like £30 more for XFX over ASUS here. :argh:
Not too long ago here in Lithuania we officialy started getting XFX products and well they're damn cheap compared to other companies. I found it weird as XFX seems to be "high-end" manufacture.
