That could also mean 50% of all four cores, not 100% of two cores.
w00t, some one told me, infact, i think it was on a developer interview on IGN, that they werent confirming Resi 5 for PC, but they were thinking about it, at least i know it's now confirmed.

Humm, i ran the Benchmark Test here and I got 45~70 FPS with a Q6600 2.8GHz and 9800GTX+
Fucking someone needs to make the Q6600 cheaper. I'm tired of my E6450 being shitty and bottlenecking my 260GTX.

Because X360 has 3 cores and every console port is from X360.

If you can, you can try to overclock it from 2.13GHZ to 2.60GZ easily.
Fuck $200 Q6600, get a $180 Phenom II 940.
Low with 20 FPS for me, it seems.

I average roughly 75-200 FPS with 2 9800GTX+'s and a Core 2 Duo e6850 in DX10 Mode at 1280x1024. I think this game is more GPU dependant than CPU dependant.
