But when you factor in the "Either is fine with me" option, it arguably gives the developer the deciding call, which it took to deny PayPal backers.
"Considering the strong response from those of you who felt that the Exclusive Rewards should remain exclusive for the Kickstarter, those Exclusive Rewards will not be made available on the PayPal page as originally promised," the developer stated in a Kickstarter update.[/quote]

Everyone that donated to the kickstarter campaign are still getting their rewards.
It's just that people who donate after the campaign ended are not eligible for the kickstarter exclusive rewards.

There are no returns on kickstarter, you are really just buying whatever from whatever reward you went with. It's pretty smart selling a product that doesn't even exist yet. An investment it is not.
