The victory arrived nearly eight years to the day after she conceded her first White House campaign to Barack Obama. Back then, she famously noted her inability to “shatter that highest, hardest glass ceiling.” Campaigning this time as the loyal successor to the nation’s first black president, Clinton held off a surprisingly strong challenge from Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders. He mobilized millions with a fervently liberal message and his insurgent candidacy revealed a deep level of national frustration with politics-as-usual, even among Democrats who have controlled the White House since 2009.
wait CA did;nt even go yet?
*With 500 of them being super duper.
*With 500 of them being super duper.
AP says 571 according to google politics feeds at the moment. Either way, as sad as it is Hillary is still winning with votes regardless of super delegates. I feel like many of those are due to misinformation and pandering, but there's not much that can be done.
For all of you "the Superdelegates will jump ship!" naysayers
While superdelegates will not formally cast their votes for Clinton until the party’s July convention in Philadelphia, all those counted in her tally have unequivocally told the AP they will do so.
If this turns out to be a case of Hills counting her chickens before they've hatched again I will die laughing. Especially because the media is absolutely complicit in it.
This is going to be the saddest election in a while.
She doesn't deserve it.

Bernie or Bust people like to imagine these superdelegates are sitting around in their headquarters eagerly watching the primary to cast their vote when they've already decided.

No! NOT IN MY HEAD-CANNON!!
If this turns out to be a case of Hills counting her chickens before they've hatched again I will die laughing. Especially because the media is absolutely complicit in it.
Guess how many super-delegates have switched over so far.
Just waiting for the salt to flow when people finally accept that Bernie isn't going to be the nominee Douche vs Turd ahoy
Well, that happened sooner than I thought it would.
Bernie will be the nominee. I believe in it.
What's with all the hate directed towards people hoping for Bernie? Yeah it's a long shot but I'm sure you can see why people would be upset when the first candidate to actually represent them lost out against a centre-right status quo candidate funded by special interests.
Welp I guess that's all she wrote folks. It's been a fun primary but it ended up as I suspected. Rip Sanders you did your best and we appreciate it. See you all next Autumn everyone!
What loganisawesome is to Sanders smurfy is to Hillary it seems
If Cody shows up, don't engage him
As much as I want Sanders to win, it's time to read 'em and weep.
What loganisawesome is to Sanders smurfy is to Hillary it seems
I supported Sanders but it's been clear for a long time that Clinton was going to win But anyway not even American lol [editline]7th June 2016[/editline] My toxx was originally that Trump wouldn't win the Presidency, I actually waited a while before I upgraded it to Clinton will win so I guess I wasn't fully confident until like half-way through the primaries

But folks like reddit still, for some reason, believed that Sanders could magically gain a lead and beat Clinton like Obama did. Pulling out all sorts of random garbage facts in desperation to deny that Bernie has Bernt out.
They just aired the Hillary thing during the Stanley Cup final intermission
Sanders did a lot better than expected though, I remember after Iowa I made a few posts suggesting he'd only win like two more states and probably be out by March
Not super surprised but still disappointed

It's unlikely, but he wouldn't be campaigning to the convention if there wasn't a slim chance. He'll make the case that he has an enormous lead in polls vs Trump and Hillary is under federal investigation. That's why the race shouldn't be written off completely until then.
Boy, whatta crock. They're counting Superdelegates again, who don't even vote until the convention. Until the convention ACTUALLY ends, I don't believe any shtick being pushed out by the corporate-owned media going on about delegate races. They don't know what's going to happen until then, I won't know what happens until then, none of us do. If anything, this'll hurt Hillary going into California tomorrow: If a whole bunch of her supporters have it in their head that she's in, why go out and vote? However, the Sanders voters know that they've got a right to vote, especially when primaries aren't actually over with. Give me all the flak you want for spouting my opinion, but until the last vote is counted for, I'm going to support Sanders, knowing full well Hillary won't be able to clinch the nomination by pledged delegates alone, regardless of what the media is trying to push on the people.
I encourage you to read the article, sir.
Nothing in the article contradicts the fact that superdelegates haven't voted.
